you dont need much to build this website,all you need is a online notepad like Text(chrome) or notepad++(microsoft)you will also need an app so you can save files and open them like FILES(chrome) or documunts(microsoft)and then you can code this is also not using a wb browser,make sure when saving files save them as code files(py,css,js,and html) not text files(txt)otherwise the files and code wont work and when opening the files double click them not single click otherwise they wont open
